    I can only comment on their skinless beef franks and their Knockwurst. I have eaten them going on 10 years with no problems. Because they have simple / natural ingredients I don’t get an allergic reaction. Other hotdog makers use “sorbitol” “sodium diacitate” “potassium lactate” “hydrolyzed soy protein” I’ve tried other brands and found these ingredients get me sick.
