    Washington County accepting applications for Building Code Board of Appeals members

    The Washington County Commissioners are accepting applications for vacancies on the Building Code Board of Appeals.

    The Board of Appeals has the responsibility to hear and decide appeals to orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building Code Official.

    The board is looking for five voting members who are qualified by experience and/or training pertaining to building construction.

    Applicants must be residents of Washington County.

    Residents interested in serving on the Building Code Board of Appeals are encouraged to apply early in the process.
