    The current MIAA power rankings. Where do Fall River area spring high school teams stand?

    FALL RIVER — On Friday, the MIAA released its latest tournament power rankings for Fall River-area spring sports team.

    The rankings only include scores entered into Arbiter, verified by MIAA and schools as of May 17 at 4 a.m.

    The top 32 baseball, softball, boys volleyball, lacrosse and tennis teams qualify for the tournament, regardless of record. Teams 33 and below qualify for a play-in game with a .500 or better record.

    Here's where the Fall River area sports teams are currently ranked:

    Baseball

    Division 1: Diman (37), Durfee (15)

    Division 2: Somerset Berkley (6)

    Division 4: Case (12)

    Division 5: Westport (7), Atlantis Charter (49)

    NOTE: There are no local teams in Div. 3

    Boys Lacrosse

    Boys Tennis

    Division 1: Durfee (34), Diman (44)

    Division 2: Somerset Berkley (16)
