    The current MIAA power rankings. Where do Fall River area spring high school teams stand?

    FALL RIVER — On Friday, the MIAA released its latest tournament power rankings for Fall River area spring sports team.

    The rankings only include scores entered into Arbiter, verified by MIAA and schools as of May 24 at 4 a.m.

    The top 32 baseball, softball, boys volleyball, lacrosse and tennis teams qualify for the tournament, regardless of record. Teams 33 and below qualify for a play-in game with a .500 or better record.

    Here's where the Fall River area sports teams are currently ranked:

    Baseball

    Division 1: Diman (36), Durfee (13)

    Division 2: Somerset Berkley (6)

    Division 4: Case (10)

    Division 5: Westport (12), Atlantis Charter (53)

    NOTE: There are no local teams in Div. 3

    Softball

    Division 1: Diman (37), Durfee (41)

    Division 2: Somerset Berkley (7)

    Division 4: Case (1)

    Division 5: Westport (30), Atlantis Charter (37)

    NOTE: There are no local teams in Div. 3
