Former President Trump will speak with voters in the storied auto manufacturing community of Flint, Mich., Tuesday evening at a town hall moderated by Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who served in his administration as press secretary.

The event is Trump’s first public appearance following the apparent thwarted assassination attempt last weekend. Underscoring the electoral importance of the Great Lakes State, the Flint event also comes just hours after a visit to a township near Grand Rapids, Mich., by running mate Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio).

The Trump campaign has said that the talk will focus on economic issues, particularly the auto industry.

Speaking with WNEM news Midland, Michigan State Police seemed to acknowledge the added challenge of providing protection for Trump in the current political environment, but vowed to do all they can. Flint police have said they will increase planned security for the event.

The appearance is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. EDT.

No respect for either one. Sanders Dad pushes sleeping pills after he says "Our Country is hanging by a thread!" So you're telling dread then push your damn pills. On top of that , You are suppose to be a man of God. Arkansas isn't exactly the greatest state.
