Supreme Court Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch will discuss his new book “Over Ruled: The Human Toll of Too Much Law,” along with his co-author and former clerk Janie Nitze, at a town hall event Tuesday evening hosted by the National Constitution Center (NCC) in Philadelphia.

NCC President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen is moderating the event, which is being held in honor of Constitution Day.

In Over Ruled , Gorsuch, 56, and Nitze reportedly use a wide range of examples of regulation from various levels of government to illustrate their case that increasingly voluminous laws are bringing a host of unintended consequences.

Gorsuch, who was appointed by former President Trump to the high court, has in most cases sided with the Supreme Court’s conservative majority.

The event is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. EDT.
