Grammy-winning artist Stevie Wonder recently announced a 10-stop tour across the U.S. ahead of Election Day , now less than two months away.

The concert tour — dubbed “Sing Your Song! As We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart,” will kick off in October, according to an announcement .

“Now is the moment to understand where we are and what it will take to win: win the broken hearts, win the disenchanted, win the angry spirits — now is the time,” Wonder said last month, during an appearance at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, when Vice President Harris was confirmed as Democrats’ presidential nominee .

“We must choose courage over complacency,” he added later.

Wonder Productions, his company, will produce the performances with promotion from AEG Presents in partnership with Free Lunch, per the release.

Since the start of his career, which has spanned more than half a century , Wonder has been known for using his platform to spark change. The 74-year-old singer-songwriter, who was involved in the Civil Rights Movement, is known as one of the leaders who encouraged the U.S. to honor the late Martin Luther King Jr. by making his birthday a federal holiday.

He also had collaborated with Michael Jackson to help produce the hit song, “We are the World,” which raised money for humanitarian aid in Africa. He also worked on the 1985 cover of “That’s What Friends Are For” with artists Gladys Knight, Dionne Warwick and Elton John, which supported AIDS charities.

The preelection tour will start in Pittsburgh on Oct. 8 and conclude in Grand Rapids, Mich., on Oct. 30. Wonder will also make stops in stops in New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Greensboro, N.C., Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
