Watch: Biden gives update on Hurricanes Helene, Milton

President Biden will provide an update to the federal government’s response to Hurricane Helene, which has devastated parts of North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Biden will also provide an update on what preparations are being put in place for Hurricane Milton, which is on track to hit the west coast of Florida in coming days.

The president spoke on Monday with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and with National Weather Center Director Ken Graham, where Graham emphasized Hurricane Milton could have major impacts on the Sunshine State, according to the White House.
