Rapper Lil Uzi Vert has sold his home in Bell Canyon, California — a hilly remote area in Ventura County outside Los Angeles County — after nearly six months on the market.

The final sale price was $4.35 million for the modern-contemporary house. It boasts five bedrooms and six baths in 7,021-square-feet of interior space. Featuring walls of glass that connect outdoor and indoor living, the house offers stunning views of the surrounding canyon and sits on a 1.35-acre parcel down a gated, long driveway.

The house also features a chef’s kitchen with a large eat-in island and wine storage. The upstairs primary suite includes a fireplace and a bath with a soaking tub, dual sinks and glass shower.

There are balconies wrapping around the residence, plus an infinity pool and a variety of entertaining areas outside the house.

Not as famous as nearby Calabasas and Hidden Hills (home turf of the Kardashians), Bell Canyon has nonetheless become a celebrity magnet itself in recent years. Celebrities who have owned houses in Bell Canyon over the years include Chrissy Metz, Joe Rogan, Niecy Nash, Trey Songz, Alyssa Milano, Jhené Aiko, Holly Marie Combs and Shaquille O’Neal. Bell Canyon, a 1,700-acre gated community, includes about 800 home sites.

The rapper’s former house is part of the Bell Canyon Homeowners Association (whose motto is “Where country living meets city convenience”). That means that the new owner of Lil Uzi Vert’s house will have access to the HOA’s amenities, which include more than 70 miles of hiking trails, a Cliff May-designed equestrian center, a five-acre private park and tennis courts.

Lil Uzi Vert, whose album Pink Tape topped the Billboard 200 last summer, sold his house at a slight loss, having bought it, according to public records, for $4.4 million in 2021. Carl Gambino of Compass was the listing agent, while Compass’ Josh Brenner repped the buyer, whose identity is unknown.
