NBC is turning New York’s Rockefeller Center into a haunted house, with a little help from Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon and the team behind Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights.

The company is launching “Jimmy Fallon’s Tonightmares” next month, a haunted maze experience based on the nightmares of the late night TV host, with “10 terrifying rooms” of frights.

The company says that it will bring “the nightmares to life in a fully immersive haunt with terrifying sets, practical effects and scares behind every corner,” and was designed with the team behind the Halloween Horror Nights experiences that have become a popular annual tradition at the Universal Studios theme parks. NBCUniversal’s Global Franchise Management group also collaborated with Fallon on the real-life experience.

Tickets start at $36.90, and go on sale Aug. 22. The experience at NBC’s global headquarters is scheduled to run through Oct. 31.

“Tonightmares has got everything you need to get supremely frightened this Halloween,” said Fallon in a statement. “I’m not saying it has killer scarecrows, brain-hungry zombies and an abandoned gas station in the middle of nowhere. But… it has… killer scarecrows, brain-hungry zombies and an abandoned gas station in the middle of nowhere. Spoiler alert.”

Horror experiences have become a big business for NBCUniversal. The Halloween Horror Nights attractions in California and Florida draw thousands to the parks each night, with a number of elaborate haunted mazes (many of them based on NBCU IP) constructed in each park.

As with Halloween Horror Nights, NBC says that Fallon’s horror attraction is not recommended for kids under the age of 14. NBCU is also constructing a permanent horror-themed attraction in Las Vegas.

“Each year, we bring Halloween to life in new and exciting ways across NBCUniversal through Halloween-themed content and experiences,” added David O’Connor, president of franchise management & brand strategy.  “Whether it’s expressed in our theme parks or through film and television, we’re building on our rich horror legacy and we’re thrilled to support Jimmy Fallon to pair his true fandom of the holiday with the expertise of our company to create this one-of-a-kind experience.”
