Hollywood-Loved Fashion House Missoni Brings Its Signature Prints to the Home in Collab With Luxury Rug Makers Stark

Luxury Italian fashion house Missoni is coveted for its wide range of colors, distinctive patterns and playful yet timeless designs, and this signature aesthetic is coming to your home in the form of intricately crafted area rugs .

Teaming with premium rug and carpet brand Stark, the exquisite new collection , launching Aug. 20, marks a continuation of the companies’ partnership that originated in 2005. “Missoni is pivotal in design and the collection Stark has created for the collaboration lends texture and color that works well with a multitude of aesthetics,” Ashley Stark, Creative Director of Stark, tells THR .

The full Missoni x Stark collection includes 45 rug and carpet styles, a combination of ready-to-buy pieces and custom offerings, which give homeowners and interior designers the freedom to personalize dimensions, materials and colorways.

“We were able to collaborate closely, and draw inspiration from [Missoni’s] beloved knitwear, vibrant color palettes, and iconic patterns,” Stephanie Muller, Stark’s VP of Product Development, adds. Throughout the collection you’ll clearly see the fashion house’s most common motifs, including ombré colors, zig-zag designs and metallic accents.

In terms of what’s available to shop online , there are four stocked designs, each offered in three to four colorways, for a total of 13 rugs that you can buy directly from Stark’s website . All 13 options are sold in a variety of dimensions to fit seamlessly in any space.
