    The Paris 2024 Paralympics begin on Aug. 28, marking the 17th-ever Summer Paralympic Games. The city is hosting some 4,400 athletes from 184 delegations for 11 days of competition. It all kicks off on Wednesday with the Opening Ceremony, which takes place along the Avenue des Champs-Élysées and ends at the Place de la Concorde.
