BlumFest has found its lineup for this year’s Halloween season. It will kick off with the 2009 found footage feature Paranormal Activity , that will get a one-night only re-release.

Writer-director Oren Pel’s Paranormal Activity kicks off the fest on Sept. 25 in 150 AMC locations in 54 cities. It will be followed every Wednesday by a different Blumhouse movie, which will screen at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time, and include free poster giveaways and sneak peeks at upcoming projects.

Lights Out arrives Oct. 2. The feature was a breakout for Shazam! director David F. Sandberg, who wrote the film with Eric Heisserer. The film was not a Blumhouse release, but actually hails from Atomic Monster, the James Wan run-company that recently merged with Blumhouse.

Insidious: Chapter 2 comes a week later on Oct. 9. The feature reteamed Saw duo Wan and Leigh Whannell, who wrote the script, with Wan direting.

Writer Scott Lobdell and director Christopher Landon’s time-loop feature Happy Death Day hits on Oct. 16.

The Black Phone , which has a sequel on the way from director Scott Derrickson dials into theaters on Oct. 23. The script, based on the original short story by Joe Hill, was written by Derrickson and frequent collaborator C. Robert Cargill.

Things end with the 2023 hit Five Nights at Freddy’s , the surprise video game hit directed by Emma Tammi and which she wrote with Scott Cawthon and Seth Cuddeback.

“This whole month is a love letter to Halloween and our fans, and we’re grateful to our partners at AMC for joining us for BlumFest, our annual October celebration of all things Blumhouse. I can’t believe we’re already celebrating the 15th anniversary of Paranormal Activity , because it feels like we’re just getting started,” said Blumhouse founder and CEO Jason Blum.
