Luti Fagbenle Launches TV Company Osun With ‘Supacell’ Producer Sheila Nortley as Drama Head

Actor and media entrepreneur Luti Fagbenle ( Maxxx , Robyn Hood ), the younger brother of actor O-T Fagbenle ( The Handmaid’s Tale ) has launched TV production company Osun Group with bases in the U.K. and U.S. Producer Sheila Nortley (Netflix’s Harlan Coben series Stay Close and hit drama Supacell ) will lead the company’s TV slate as head of drama and executive producer in a partnership deal.

She will also continue her work as an independent producer.

“Strategically positioned to make a significant impact on the global content market, Osun is dedicated to producing high-end television with compelling narratives that resonate worldwide, in both the scripted and unscripted markets,” the company said on Wednesday, promising to “deliver groundbreaking content.”

The new company is designed to continue the legacy of Fagbenle‘s Luti Media which produced such series as Maxxx (Channel 4, Hulu) and Blue Therapy (Amazon, BET+, E4). Luti Media will continue to focus on producing branded content and music videos.

“Osun also has the capability to finance development and secure production funding through venture capital, extensive brand relationships, and global partners,” the firm said.
