    Olympics 2024 LIVE: Caden Cunningham suffers taekwondo heartache as Lin Yu-ting wins gold amid gender row

    It’s a packed Olympics schedule on day 15 of the Paris 2024 Games with Team GB keen to add to their medal collection on the penultimate day of competition.

    Georgia Bell claimed a stunning bronze medal in the women’s 1500m as Laura Muir missed out behind gold medallist Faith Kipyegon, who broke the Olympic record to run 3:51.29.

    There was history in the pool as Kate Shortman and Izzy Thorpe won Great Britain their first ever medal in artistic swimming, claiming silver behind China.

    Caden Cunningham, who had secured silver after victory in the Men’s +80kg taekwondo semi-finals, missed out on gold in a dramatic loss to Arian Salimi of Iran. While Lin Yu-ting claimed gold in the women’s 57kg final following Imane Khelif’s gold medal amid a gender eligibility row at Paris 2024.

    Noah Williams won Great Britian their first medal of the day with bronze in the men’s 10m platform. Williams added his second medal of the Games, after winning silver with Tom Daley in the synchronised event .

    There are also two huge gold medal matches to look out for: first as the USA defeated Brazil as Emma Hayes won Olympic gold before the USA take hosts on France in the men’s basketball final .
