    there's no way he should be held accountable. he was hired to do a job. and the people who own that boat put that man's life at risk as well as the crew. crew members should be going after the family for manslaughter. after all it was their boat. they're the ones who wanted to Anchor off of the shore. nobody knew there was going to be a funnel cloud coming to spin that boat around and start busting windows out and break their sail in half and sink their boat. mother nature did this. we cannot point the finger at the captain. despicable whoever came up with that idea.
