The people behind this pop-up will put it in anything, from bourbon wings and chicken tacos, to shrimp shumai and pork fried rice. Sometimes, you’ll see something like a regular hot dog on the menu and wonder if you caught them slipping, but no, it’s right there in the jerk mustard or special sauce. Currently operating out of King Tai in Crown Heights from Wednesday to Friday, they rotate the menu weekly, or just at Marty’s whim. Find the laminated QR code on each table, order and pay from your phone, and the kitchen will bring your food straight to you. You can preview the menu on their Instagram, but we like to walk in blind. Trust us, it all works.
