At Third Falcon in Fort Greene, the butter is stored in a heap at the end of the bar, as if it's the guest of honor. But it’s not the star here. That would be the brioche the butter is served with, which is less of a bread and more of a golden yellow pound cake you can eat before dinner. This Northern French restaurant, with just a few tables and a long bar in the middle, has a few dishes on its brief, seafood-centric menu that are worth seeking out. The brioche is one, and the bowl of shell-on shrimp tossed in a curry blend is another. Just keep in mind, things can get pricey quickly. All of the entrees are portioned for two, and the cheapest is a $70 roast chicken, with dark meat that arrives shredded and topped with juicy tomatoes.
