Colombo’s has the feel of a crusty highway lounge you'd stop at during a road trip across the country, and we mean that in the most charming way possible. This Eagle Rock classic is a place where complimentary garlic bread hits the table before your butt touches the booth and everyone hunched at the bar has a great story involving Gene Simmons. The correct order here goes like this: “Sam’s Hand-Rolled” Meat Lasagna, a perfectly breaded chicken parmesan, and exactly one martini. Any more gin than that, and you’ll probably be waking up somewhere off the interstate—with a good story, no doubt.
