A new business has joined the Jessamine County Chamber of Commerce.

The Allnut Group joined Chamber Executive Director Ronda May, Judge Executive David West, Nicholasville Mayor Alex Carter, Magistrate Justin Ray, the chamber president, and officials with the Central Bank Trust Co. for a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Allnutt Group was formed by Sandy in 2011. She and her husband, Aaron Allnutt, work together with their son, Tyler, and Kristy Hall, as real estate agents. Aaron said the group started with four agents and now has 44.

Although the business is based in Lexington, Kentucky, many of Allnutt Group’s sales are also in Jessamine County.

Sandy Allnut said she knew joining Jessamine County’s Chamber of Commerce was important to strengthen the group’s connection with the community.

“We’re super happy to have you guys stake your claim in Jessamine County. Having roots here makes it feel like you have those connections. The chamber will help you all build up and continue to grow your fabulous organization—bring more lenders in, bring more realtors in, and make those collaborations,” Ronda May said.

In celebrating their joining the chamber, May emphasized that the chamber’s goal is to refer chamber members to other members of the Jessamine County chamber community. The chamber will not refer non-chamber individuals to chamber members.

For home sales and purchases, contact the Allnut Group at 859-699-4663.

To join the Chamber of Commerce, visit Ronda May and Shannon Harris at the Chamber office on 116 S Main Street to learn about Chamber membership rates.
