OKLAHOMA CITY The Oklahoma City Baseball Club, in partnership with MidFirst Bank, will host “Pack the Park Pink” at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark this Friday night to support Susan G. Komen Oklahoma.

Players and coaches will wear special edition pink jerseys and hats, which will be auctioned off during the game, with proceeds benefiting breast cancer research and awareness. The game against the El Paso Chihuahuas begins at 7:05 p.m., and fans are encouraged to wear pink to show their support.

Gates open at 6 p.m., and the first 1,000 fans will receive a paddle fan. The evening will feature unique events promoting breast cancer awareness, including a pink fireworks show after the game, presented by MidFirst Bank.

MidFirst Bank, the largest privately held bank in the nation, has raised over $3 million through its Pink Card program, with funds going directly to breast cancer causes. Representatives from Susan G. Komen Oklahoma will be on hand to provide information, and local breast cancer survivors will participate in pregame activities, including the ceremonial first pitch. Fans can also participate in a breast cancer awareness quiz through the digital PlayBall! game program, which can be redeemed for a pink bracelet.

The series against El Paso continues through Sunday night.
