    One dead after shooting in Kansas City, Kansas, on Saturday

    One man is dead after a shooting in Kansas City, Kansas, on Saturday afternoon.

    Officers were called around 3:23 p.m. to the area of South 10th Street and Kansas Avenue, where they found a man with gunshot wounds, according to Nancy Chartrand, spokesperson for the police department. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

    The incident is being investigated by the major case unit. Anyone with information on this case should call the Crime Stoppers TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS. All tips remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
