The past year has been transformative for WEICHERT, REALTORS® Welch & Company, highlighted by the opening of several new office spaces. The company’s original office, located at 15245 Metcalf Ave in Overland Park, remains the headquarters of its operations. However, recent grand openings reflect a growing presence in the region, with a Midtown office space at 3408 Main St. in Kansas City, MO holding its grand opening on September 27th.
A new office space at 7035 College Blvd., Suite 300, also in Overland Park, will be hosting its grand opening on October 22nd, and another exciting addition is the Zuluaga Group office space located at 5410 W. 58th Terr. in Mission, as well as the Milburn Team office space located on the west side of the metro at 33185 W. 83rd St. in DeSoto, adding further strength to their expanding network. The company is also in the process of opening an open office space in Kansas City, KS with the addition of the RS Homezale Team, and has no plans of slowing down.
