Jackson-Steele students try on future careers
Jackson-Steele Elementary in Hayneville hosted a career day event on March 16. Students talked with local professionals about potential careers, getting hands-on experience with a few job duties in careers like law enforcement. Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office personnel participated, including Corp. Colby Adams who showed Jackson-Steele Elementary students how to apply handcuffs during an arrest.
