Update: Missing 15-Year-Old Maine Girl has Been Located

7/24/24 UPDATE: The Bangor Police Department thanks the public for their assistance and announces that Savannah has been located and is safe.

The Bangor, Maine, Police Department is asking for the public's help with any information that will help them locate a missing Bangor juvenile.

On Thursday, July 18, 2024, Savannah Cookson, 15, of Bangor, left her residence and has not returned. Savannah is described as 5 feet 7, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. Savannah is believed to be in the Bangor or Brewer area.

Anyone who has any information or has seen Savannah is asked to please call Bangor Police Detective Robert Hallett at 947-7384, ext. 5755. You can also leave an anonymous tip on the tipline at (207) 942-7382, ext. 3.
