Selena Gomez sparks Benny Blanco engagement rumors with telling emoji

Selena Gomez could have just revealed that her relationship with Benny Blanco is more than just girlfriend and boyfriend .

The singer posted a picture on her Instagram Story wearing a champagne-colored mid length, off one shoulder, dress with her hair styled down and paired the look with strappy heels. She was not alone as she posed in front of the mirror with her boyfriend, Benny Blanco , behind her, with his back facing the camera. Benny wore a white tank top with blue floral pants and was barefoot.

While posing for the mirror selfie, Selena posted the picture covering her ring finger with a pink double heart emoji. She captioned the Instagram Story: "A night out."

Fans quickly speculated that the singer could possibly be hiding an engagement ring. One fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: "Selena Gomez is engaged. she is hiding the ring with heart emojies in her recent instagram story. congratulations to her and to Benny." Another person wrote: "I think Selena Gomez just got engaged bc why is she covering her left hand on her latest IG story?" A third person wrote: "Selena gomez and Benny blanco are engaged. Congratulations #bennylena."

Benny and Selena confirmed their relationship at the end of 2023 after Selena commented on a fan account about the two dating. Selena then posted a picture of his arm and of them, conforming the relationship. They made their red carpet debut at the Primetime Emmy Awards in January 2024.

Both Selena and Benny have done interviews, praising each other and their relationship. During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show on Tuesday, May 14, Benny opened up about his relationship and where he sees their romance going. He even admitted to seeing marriage in his future with the singer and actress. He admitted to Selena being his best friend, who is the "coolest, nicest, sweetest." He admitted that the two "laugh all f------ day" and inspires him.

The couple have supported each other's projects. Selena helped promote Benny's cook book, Open Wide: A Cookbook for Friends, posting a picture of it on her Instagram Story when it released.
