A man eating noodles while the Olympic orchestra was playing caused amusement among fans of the sporting competition. The 2024 Paris Olympics Closing Ceremony had lots of fans talking already from the start of the performance with French singer Zaho de Sagazan and with confusion over the 'scary' and 'satanic Golden Voyager portion.

But it was one moment that a viewer caught and spotlighted on X, formerly Twitter , that brought the laughter and smiles to many viewers' faces. During the Olympics closing ceremony, fans were left amused and confused as they spotted a man who appeared to be a part of the orchestra chowing down on a bowl of noodles mid-performance .

A viewer on X wrote with the crying emoji at the end: "Shoutout to the guy just casually eating noodles during the orchestra performance in the #ClosingCeremony." In the video the man was seen with bowl in hand as he forked a piece of the stringy food into his mouth and watched on. Near the hungry orchestra member were two drummers as they tapped the drums with their two sticks.

One fan responded to "This could be the highlight of the evening!" A second fan jokingly replied: "I want to be as carefree as that guy." Another asked: "Did he get his order delivered to the stadium!?"

Thomas Jolly, artistic director of the Paris 2024 ceremonies, teased the ceremony ahead of Sunday. The organizer generated excitement for the closing ceremony as he explained: "It's a very visual, very choreographic, very acrobatic show with an operatic dimension to give a great visual fresco and say goodbye to athletes from all over the world."

The closing ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics took place at Stade de France on August 11. The entertaining night was filled with death-defying stunts, an interesting sci-fi theme, and unbeatable live performances. The orchestra-style music at the ceremony followed a rousing performance by the indie alternative band Phoenix who took the stage to play some of their chart-topping hits to wrap up the games.
