Texas motorists looked in horror as they witnessed two diaper-wearing toddlers teetering along the freeway after being flung out of a car that flipped over during a crash.

There was a two-car crash on the Interstate 10's East Freeway at Freeport that forced one of the vehicles to flip violently several times, throwing an adult and two young kids from the car onto the street. The anxiety-inducing sight has garnered a lot of criticism from internet dwellers who largely blame the parents.

Footage shows one tot struggling to stand as the other just looks around confused. Neither children appeared to bear critical injuries but an investigation is ongoing. Onlookers took to social media to slam the parents for likely not properly restraining the babies in a car seat at the time of the incident.

The video has quickly gone viral. Reactions largely range from users who praise that the two diaper-wearing children weren't killed to others quickly denouncing the parents who they write should be arrested and charged. "This video will make any parents heart completely sink," an Instagrammer wrote.

While another demanded: "Driver should be charged for child endangerment!" One social media user also quipped: "Not putting your kids in child seats and seatbelts should be a federal crime."

"God must’ve been watching over these kids because they’re still alive and they’re walking. Thank you God for watching over your children. Amen," one viewer praised. Another simply added: "Thank god the kids are okay." The toddler's miraculous survival comes months after an Amish toddler was the sole survivor of a deadly car crash in Wisconsin that killed nine people.

The child was ousted from the van and rescued from the wreck by a retired Marine. The two-year-old, Micah Schrock, was noticed and saved by Nathaniel Jahn who was driving past the site of the collision near the intersection of Highway 95 and County Road J in March.

Jahn saw a van with nine travelers peel out into the intersection it crashed into a truck and trailer, which killed the eight passengers in the van and the driver of the truck. The former marine rushed to the scene and scooped Schrock who was lying under the wreckage. "I heard a whimpering sound coming from next to one of the victims, under debris. It turned into a cry."

Micah was unfortunately the only survivor. His family, Ellen and Orlah Schrock and their baby daughter, Judy Rose, perished along with the driver James McCoy, Linda Byler, 44, Lydia Byler, 24, Delilah Schrock, Suzanna Hertzler and the driver of the truck.
