Ryan Anderson has spoken out about his ex-wife Gypsy Rose Blanchard's pregnancy and revealed he has been forced to take a DNA test .
Gypsy Rose is expecting her first child with Ken Urker, with the couple recently announcing they're having a baby girl . However, their joy has been overshadowed as Gypsy Rose's ex-husband Ryan is "understood to be the father" by her state's law.
Bayou State law says if the mother of a child is married to someone who was not the biological father when the child was conceived or has been divorced for less than 300 days at the time of birth, then her ex-husband is presumed to be the father . A paternity test can be used to prove who the father is, with Ryan claiming he "didn't have a choice" in whether he did the test.

During a TikTok livestream, Ryan said: "I have to get a DNA test. I don't have a choice. I hate being in this situation." He also shared his thoughts on whether the baby could be his.
"The way the timeline matches up - I don't think it's mine, but I don't know," he revealed. "The DNA test is going to prove it. Crazier things have happened. I just don't know.
"I have my thoughts and I have my opinions." Gypsy Rose is adamant Ken is the father of her unborn child. However, under Louisiana law Ryan's name will be on the birth certificate as he is still legally married to her and they cannot get divorced officially until she has her baby.

Gypsy Rose announced her pregnancy news on her YouTube channel in a video titled 'I'm Pregnant, My Journey So Far'. In the episode, which was posted on July 9, Gypsy started off by saying: "I know the rumors have been flying around for quite some time now and I'm happy to announce, I'm 11 weeks pregnant." She continued: "Ken and I are expecting our very first child come January of 2025."
Gypsy Rose and Ken have since shared a video announcing the sex of the baby with the caption sharing the couple is "over the moon" and excited to welcome their new addition. Gypsy Rose wrote in the caption: "The moment y’all have been waiting for... It’s a girl!
"Ken and I are over the moon and are so excited to start our family. We’re so thankful for our friends, neighbors, and families who came to our party today! We also want to thank ya’ll for your love and support!"
