Justin Baldoni has found himself caught up in a lot of drama thanks to his new film It Ends With Us .
The actor is rumored to be feuding with his co-star Blake Lively , with reports suggesting he made her feel "uncomfortable" on set . Justin fuelled the rumors during the film's premiere when he didn't pose for any pictures with the rest of the cast.
Since then, photos from filming have circulated on line which show Justin and Blake seemingly caught in a tense exchange . PR expert Kieran Elsby has suggested Justin needs to address the speculation head on if he hopes to overcome the drama.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror US, Kieran said: "To navigate the It Ends With Us drama and the alleged feud with Blake Lively, Justin needs to address the situation head-on with, in a reflective and sincere attitude. His Crisis PR manager needs to keep a close eye on the situation and tackle it head on, before it could have long lasting reputational damage.
"It is essential that both sides of the story are heard, and Justin is seen as approachable, open and reflective. This stops misinformation and rumors and gives the narrative back to Justin. At this moment, his side isn’t being heard so it needs to be balanced."
The expert suggested Justin should release a public statement which "acknowledges fans' concerns, takes responsibility for any perceived missteps, and clears up any misunderstandings, particularly those involving Blake." He also suggested Justin could consider a live Q&A session to directly connect with fans and address their concerns.

Kieran continued: "By focusing on the positive aspects of the film and giving fans a glimpse behind the scenes, he can help shift the narrative back to the passion and hard work involved. Publicly standing in solidarity with his co-stars and continuing to champion his personal values and future endeavours will also help to bolster his image.
"He needs to attend events where all cast are present to avoid any more rumors. A possible ‘private’ cast dinner with co-stars, in where some pictures/stories where live posted onto social media would be an ideal aim.
"Moving forward, Justin must remain transparent and be prepared to adapt as the situation evolves. Keeping a close eye on public sentiment and being willing to adjust his approach will be crucial in regaining the public’s trust. By staying proactive, engaging in a positive manner, and consistently aligning his actions with his core values, Justin can steer through this crisis and start to rebuild his reputation."
