Former Love Island UK star Davide Sanclimenti has reportedly been targeted by burglars .
The reality stars' Los Angeles home was allegedly broken into by thieve s this week and within just "six minutes," the intruders did away with a staggering $1.2 million worth of his prized possessions. The 29-year-old star announced the burglary on his Instagram Story where he shared two snaps of the inside of his now-empty closets after claiming they have been ransacked. Davide did not reveal whether or not he was home at the time of the alleged break-in.
Davide explained that he has been taking a hiatus from social media after the terrifying break-in. In the post, he wrote: "I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has displayed their concern and DMing me and asking why I have been quiet over socials. As you all know I'm living in LA atm [at the moment]. Our home got broken into and was robbed of nearly $1.2m worth of precious and personal belongings gone within 6 minutes..."

He continued: "Just goes to show the saying is true, ‘the evil always target the pure-hearted’ but I'm trying to stay positive that the good people will always win in the end!" Davide then announced that he will be taking a few days to "reset" after the incident and "change the house" but assured his fans that he is doing okay and will "keep pushing forward."
Davide previously starred in season eight of Love Island UK where he won alongside his then-girlfriend Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu. The pair left the reality dating series engaged back in 2022 and shared two years together before calling off their wedding in January of this year.
Ekin-Su confirmed the news in an Instagram post where she shared that they experienced a "rollercoaster of ups and downs" throughout their relationship and ultimately decided that it was best to go their separate ways. She went on to thank her followers for following along with them on their Love Island journey and hopes that they will stick around as she and Davide go off in their own directions in life.
