Hope (Annika Noelle) went off the deep-end once again.
On the Thursday, August 15 episode of Bold and the Beautiful, Hope went to talk to Finn (Tanner Novlan) after speaking with her mother, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). Brooke noticed something was up with Hope and wondered if it had anything to do with her new step-brother and crush. Hope could not bare to tell her mother the truth about her kiss with Finn and blamed it on "soul searching".
Her mother believes Hope finds Finn attractive because of Hope's frustrations towards his wife, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Hope admitted that Finn makes her feel like there is hope that someone is out there for her. Brooke and Hope's conversation was interrupted after Hope received a text from Finn that he had to see her "right away" at his office.

As soon as Hope walked into his office, Finn came right at Hope and asked her, "what the hell were you thinking?" He reassured Hope about his feelings for his wife and did not understand what came over her. Hope expressed how she believed Finn was "an amazing" man and he quickly corrected her by reminding her that he was married.
Hope expressed how sorry she was and reflected on her actions. She also said that she spent her entire life to not be like her mother, who was known to be a home wrecker, but she had been following her footsteps lately and her kiss with Finn took the cake.
She wanted to put things behind her and asked Finn to keep the situation between them. Finn shut it down and explained to her how he had gained Steffy's trust after the whole Sheila situation. He could not keep this away from Steffy and would do anything to keep that trust going, knowing it would add more to Hope and Steffy's feud.
Viewers at home agreed with Finn's decision and rooted for him. One person on X, formerly known as Twitter, wrote: "Finn blasting Hope for her behavior is what we’ve been waiting for. He has put her on notice. Now Finn, go tell your wife everything. Finn needs to be completely honest with Steffy." Another person wrote: "Hope wanted to cut Steffy down to size but it was her azz that got cut down to size today! Bravo Finn! Y’all ain’t never seen a man on this show reject a Logan like that."
