The Sunday Times has reported that the Prince of Wales is "unlikely to forgive Harry anytime soon" due to lingering resentment over comments Harry made about his wife, Kate. The publication claimed: "William is unlikely to forgive Harry any time soon for his slights against Kate in Spare, among them the suggestion she was cold towards Meghan. Those close to William say his brother rarely comes up in conversation."
As William deals with the cancer diagnoses of his wife and father, it's reported that his relationship with Harry has taken a backseat, with little hope for reconciliation. "This year his focus has very much been on his wife, his children and his father, a friend reveals. His brother isn't really something that's discussed," the publication added.
The report also suggested that, as things currently stand, William would not want Harry present at his Coronation, whenever that may be. A friend told the newspaper: "They are estranged, which is dreadfully sad".

These comments come amid reports of Harry's strained relationship with his father, King Charles, with recent claims indicating they are no longer in communication. Fresh details have surfaced about Harry's brief 30-minute encounter with Charles following the monarch's startling cancer diagnosis.
Harry made a swift transatlantic journey back to the UK in February upon learning of his father's health battle. In the wake of the global announcement, Harry immediately boarded a flight to be with the King. However, their short meeting at Clarence House, followed by Charles' solo helicopter trip to Sandringham, left many scratching their heads.
According to The Sun, the brevity of their interaction was due to stringent 'Covid-style tiers' implemented to protect the King by limiting his exposure to others and reducing infection risks during his treatment. With Harry traveling over 5,000 miles on a commercial flight, his visit was deemed "not ideal" as the King needed to "reduce his social contact".
