TikTok Star Kyle Marisa Roth's cause of death revealed four months later

The reason for TikTok star Kyle Marisa Roth' s death has been revealed.

Kyle suddenly passed away four month ago , at the time her autopsy report ruled her death as "natural." According to new documents obtained by TMZ , the Maryland's Chief Medical Examiner stated Kyle died from cardiac arrhythmia due to myocardial fibrosis. Myocardial Fibrosis is scarring in your heart. That scarring led to the social media personality having an irregular heartbeat.

The outlet continued that the new documents declared her toxicology report found no signs of alcohol in her system. But Diphenhydramine was found as she tested positive for it, which is a common antihistamine that is mainly used to treat allergies, insomnia and symptoms of the common cold. Many may be familiar with the antihistamine in Benadryl for example. She also tested positive for Mitragynine which is a indole-based alkaloid which is utilized to manage pain.

Many of Kyle's fans have been wondering what caused her untimely death and speculated on what could have led to it.

The reasons stemmed from the late 36-year-old being candid about her ongoing health struggles and also the discovery that her parents called for a welfare check after one of her posts on TikTok account.

It is not known which post caused her parents to be concerned. Kyle was well-known for posting Hollywood and entertainment gossip. She would do Blind-items type videos. The Annapolis PD went into her apartment in April to check up on her and found her dead.

Her sister, Lindsey, announced the news of her passing on Instagram on April 15: "My sister Kyle Marisa passed away last week. As a family we are still processing and deciding how to properly celebrate and honor her life. We don't know happened yet. I know she touched so many people with her humor, intelligence, beauty, gossip activism, athleticism and more - she had so many gifts."
