Therapuss host Jake Shane admits that he's "genuinely delusional" but believes it "cancels out" because he's self-aware as he shared a candid confession on social media.

Jake, who rose to stardom for his hilariously pop culture podcast, took to Instagram, sharing a straight-faced up-close selfie of himself as he made a relatable confession to his followers. As a comedian and influencer, Jake has built a strong fanbase due to his deprecating sense of humor and refreshingly honest personality. And keeping in line with this online perception, the 24-year-old shared his latest realization as he shared a casual selfie lying on the couch.

Underneath the unfiltered selfie, Jake wrote: "You ever realize like you’re actually F------ CRAZY. Like genuinely delusional. But then you’re like at least I’m self aware so it cancels it out in a weird way." He then went on to comment: "It’s like drinking lemon water after eating a bunch of fried food."

Jake's fans immediately understood the sentiment and took to the comments in agreement. One supporter wrote: "TISR (This is so relatable)."

And doubled down on the former islander as he wrote: "This is f------ insane. How has she made what happened to Kendall all about her."
