Police arrested a teen who was planning to slaughter his former partner and her family , the suspect was all ready being investigated for the alleged rape of another teen.

Matthew Robert Austin, an 18-year-old man already charged with the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl , was taken into custody by police after they discovered him carrying a painter's mask and latex gloves in a Home Depot bag. Austin was allegedly on his way to stab his former girlfriend and her mother .

The claims are explained in a copy of an arrest warrant affidavit . According to court documents, Austin's pals informed the Norman Police Department that he was discussing "harming his ex-girlfriend and family," which led to Austin's arrest by deputies .

The affidavit states that Austin was found by Norman Police near his ex-girlfriend's residence on July 18 and that he was carrying "a Home Depot sack containing latex gloves and painters mask."

Austin reportedly told the cops that he was also being looked into by the Moore Police Department for the unrelated rape of a different 14-year-old girl after confessing to threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend and her family. “Matthew admitted to having sex with the 14-year-old but advised he believed her to be 19 years old,” the affidavit states.

A warrant for Austin's arrest dated August 1 states that on July 14, the mother of a 14-year-old girl—referred to in court documents only as "TL"—called the Moore Police Department in Oklahoma and reported that Austin had sexually assaulted her daughter. The mother displayed text messages exchanged between TL and Austin both at the beginning and end of their conversation with the police.

“(Victim) completed a forensic interview advising she met Matthew through church and then exchanged numbers when she was eating at a restaurant he works at,” police said.

Austin told TL he was 16 according to the police. He was born in November 2005, making him 18 years old according to jail records. According to TL, Austin "went to her house, pushed himself on her, and sexually assaulted her" in July. Austin assured her "everything would be fine and not to tell anyone due to their age and it needed to be a secret," the woman told police.

According to an affidavit from the Moore Police Department, he "also stated to TL that he had done this before and told her it was going to be OK."

A sexual assault nurse examiner from a nearby hospital evaluated the girl. Additionally, she reported to the police that she had confronted Austin about his social media accounts, which showed that he was 18.

According to KWTV, a local CBS station, witnesses told police how Austin had explained to them in detail how he would kill his ex-girlfriend and her mother. Allegedly, he informed the witnesses that his former partner was "interfering with his life" and that "he would simply stab them to prevent them from screaming."
