The Bold and the Beautiful fans encourage violence as Hope and Steffy square off over Finn kiss

The highly-anticipated confrontation between Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope (Annika Noelle) happened.

On the Wednesday, August 21 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful , Steffy made it clear to her husband, Finn (Tanner Novlan) , that she needed to leave and have some space. This comes after he revealed that Hope kissed him at the Forrester Creations' Brooke bedroom line celebration.

A vulnerable and heartbroken Finn was left vulnerable and heartbroken, while Steffy barged into Forrester Creations to confront Hope. As much as Hope tried to tell Steffy that it was an accident and she did not mean to cross that line, Steffy did not care to listen and gave her a warning.

Steffy told Hope that her kissing Fin was "selfish and petty." She reminded Hope that the two have put their differences aside for the sake of the kids. At one point, Steffy and Hope were fighting for Liam's love, whom Hope shares a child with.

As much as Hope tried to reassure Steffy that she valued her and Finn's friendship, Steffy had no problem shutting down the possibility of their friendship continuing. She told Hope: "The friendship you had with Finn is over for good. You crossed the line Hope and now everyone knows exactly who you are, this innocent mask is finally off." Steffy added: "Listen good, you stay away from Finn. You never come near my husband again."

Viewers at home were ready for Steffy to drag Hope. One person on X, formerly known as Twitter wrote: "Go ahead Steffy and slap the taste out of her mouth .Make her teeth roll around in her mouth like dice." Another person wrote: "#BoldandBeautiful" Steffy should slap Hope. #BoldandBeautiful." A third person wrote: "Why didn’t they let Steffy slap that b----! #BoldandBeautiful" A fourth wrote: "Steffy is doing a little too much talking for me. What Hope did warranted a good slap in the face. #boldandbeautiful."

Other Bold and the Beautiful fans believe that Steffy's reaction was too much and she could have handled it better. Many did not like the fact that she tried to pin it on Finn.
