Kevin Na is parting ways with his long-time caddie Kenny Harms after an impressive 16-year partnership.

The two notched up five PGA Tour victories before Na's move to LIV Golf in 2022. "It has been an incredible run! 16 years together, you have always been there for me on and off the golf course," Na posted on Instagram to confirm the news.

"We have shared many amazing moments and also had some hardships along the way. I can’t thank you enough for the trust and support you have given me. It’s been extremely difficult to say goodbye. You will always be a brother to me."

Their time together included triumphant peaks like the emotional Charles Schwab Challenge win in May of 2019. Following this $1.31 million victory, which also came with a 1973 Dodge Charger, Na declared: "By the way, that car is Kenny Harms’ baby! I’m giving it to Kenny... he and I have an 11-year relationship. We are like brothers, and I’m more than happy to give it to him."

Na and Harms continued their collaboration into the new realm of LIV Golf, where Na competes for Iron Heads GC and currently stands at 23rd in the rankings. They have appeared together in 33 events for the tour. Looking ahead, Na is set for his next solo event from September 13-15 in Chicago, marking the season's last individual contest.

Na and Harns celebrated PGA Tour triumphs together, including wins at the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in 2011, a Military Tribute at the Greenbrier in 2018, the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in 2019, and most notably at the Sony Open in Hawaii in 2021.

With Harns by his side, Na achieved a peak world ranking of 19th in November of 2015. Reflecting on their partnership during the 2019 Charles Schwab Challenge, Na expressed that Harns might just be the best-compensated caddie on the tour.

"You know what? Wouldn’t surprise me if he’s the highest percentage paid caddie out here,” Na said. “I’m being dead serious. You can ask him. He won’t tell you the number, but he gets a good check, a lot more than the average.”

Given that caddies generally take home 10 percent from each tour win, Na leaving us in suspense about his new caddie has sparked intrigue. For now, he appears to be focusing on the bittersweet sentiments accompanying the end of an era.
