Gypsy Rose Blanchard hits out at pregnancy myth as she tries beverage for the first time

Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s tried Starbucks’ iconic season Pumpkin Spice Latte for the first time while she is pregnant with her first child .

Pregnant women are warned to avoid caffeine and coffee beverages. According to the National Health Insititute, caffeine “cause sblood vessels in the uterus and placenta to constrict, which could reduce the blood supply to the fetus and inhibit growth.”

But Gypsy said a small amount of caffeine isn't harmful. “Women who are pregnant are allowed to consume a maximum of 200 mg of caffeine per day,” she captioned her TikTok post. “Caffeine is considered safe in moderation.”

In the clip, Gypsy took a few sips of the drink, noting that she “liked the iced [version]” of the PSL “better.” Gypsy was released from prison in December 2023 after spending seven years in the joint for second-degree murder for the death of her mother, Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard.

While fans normally wonder about her love life, such as her relationship with boyfriend and baby-daddy Ken Urker, they recently were curious about the whereabouts of the god she shares with ex Ryan Scott Anderson. Gypsy took to TikTok on Sunday to show a video of her and Ken at the dog park with a dog named Parker.

Ken could be seen playing with the dog that appears like a husky mix by throwing a ball. Meghan Trainor's I'm A Dog Mom song accompanied the video and the TikTok was captioned: "Fun day at the dog park."

However, the dog was a different dog than the black and white 8-week-old Malachi puppy she shared with then-husband Ryan. The then-couple named the puppy Pixie.

Fans were confused as to why Pixie didn't join in on this outing. Earlier in the day, there were comments asking "where Pixie" was, but the majority of the comments have since been deleted. However, one comment remains as of this writing which reads: "where is the maltezer [sp]," and Pixie is half maltese and half chihuahua.

In a Gypsy Rose subreddit from last month a fan also posed a question about Pixie. The person who made the thread wrote: "Do we know what happened to the dog? Did she leave it at Ryan's or take it to her parents?"

Some expressed anger at the dog no longer being with Gypsy . One fan wrote: "It’s at Ryan’s. He showed the dog last night on his live." A second fan said: "She said she gave up the dog and didn’t want it anymore. Ryan has it now but she’s accused him of trying to find a home for it instead of taking care of it. Ryan said he’ll be keeping the dog since she abandoned it."
