Britpop band Oasis are reportedly on the brink of a sensational reunion after a "secret agreement" has been struck. Buzz is building that the Gallagher brothers, Noel and Liam, will put their infamous feud to rest and headline Glastonbury in 2025. The pair are also expected to wow fans with a series of huge concerts in London and Manchester.

Die-hard Oasis followers won't be shocked by the news, having picked up on cryptic hints dropped across social media for some time. A significant clue emerged during Liam Gallagher's concert at the London O2 Arena on June 10. While Liam was belting out hits to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Definitely Maybe, one fan spotted something intriguing.

Overwhelmed with anticipation of a potential reconciliation, they rushed to X, formerly Twitter, to post their theory. Accompanying a photo from their vantage point, they penned: "I'm in a hospitality box at #LiamGallagher and I've just seen this on a seat in front of mine."

The sign read "Reserved for Noel Gallagher" yet Noel didn't make an appearance. The fan joked that he must have been "in disguise" if he was indeed present.

The tweet quickly racked up likes, with many users expressing their excitement with "omg" and eagerly anticipating a reunion. However, some were skeptical, with one commenter suggesting: "Liam leaves one at every show, in the hope that one day, one day, Noel will show up."

Fans were also convinced that the group could be reuniting after Liam Gallagher shared a telling seven-word post on X this month. Posting a link to a story about Oasis planning gigs for the summer of 2025, Liam wrote: "I never did like that word FORMER."

When pushed by fans about how he is feeling, Liam said that he had "Biblical vibrations." The singer then went on to interact with others who were commenting on his post and when one urged him: "Well say something like, it's not happening," Liam reacted by posting: "You trying to put words in my mouth that’s a criminal offense" and added: "I can but I don’t want to."

Oasis, the legendary British rock band, called it quits in August 2009. The split was confirmed following a backstage spat between the Gallagher brothers, Noel and Liam, just before their scheduled performance at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris. Noel Gallagher declared his exit from the band on August 28, 2009, blaming irreconcilable differences with his brother Liam as the main reason for his departure. This incident essentially signaled the end of Oasis as a band until now, that is.
