Chick-fil-A brings back beloved fan-favorite after 13 years

Chick-fil-A brought back its banana pudding milkshake after 13 years . The fan-favorite drink returned to the restaurant on Monday, August 26.

The handspun milkshake combines Chick-fil-A’s iconic Icedream dessert with real bananas and vanilla wafer cookie crumbles. It is topped off with whipped cream and a cherry.

The restaurant is also releasing its Banana Frosted Coffee, which is a blend of cold-brewed coffee, the brand’s signature Icedream dessert, banana and vanilla wafer cookie crumbles. The drinks are seasonal treats and are available at participating locations while stocks last.

The Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich, which was first released last year, also returned to restaurants on Monday.

The sandwich, which debuted a new spicy option, is a Chick-fil-A filet drizzled with honey, topped with pimento cheese, and served on a warm, toasted bun with mild pickled jalapeños.

Chick-fil-A Chef Stuart Tracy said: "When we released the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich last fall, not only did we receive overwhelmingly positive feedback, but we also saw our guests making their own unique twists by swapping the original filet for the spicy filet. We are thrilled to deliver what we know our guests want more of."
