Jennifer Lopez 'bitterly disappointed' by Ben Affleck amid rumors he's dating his ex

Jennifer Lopez is "very upset" with Ben Affleck after he was romantically linked to another woman just days after their divorce, according to a source .

J.Lo filed for divorce from her husband last week and people quickly became convinced Ben was already dating Kathleen 'Kick' Kennedy . The pair were reported to have been spotted hanging out at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

A source had claimed they were getting to know each other but said there is "nothing there yet". The source also insisted J.Lo and Ben had separated before he started hanging out with Kick.

Despite Ben speaking out to deny the romance rumors, a source has claimed J.Lo still isn't happy. They explained: "It's really hit her hard. She’s very upset and disappointed with Ben."

Speaking to People Magazine , a second source added: "She didn't want a divorce. She wanted to figure things out." Amid the drama, a representative for Ben hit back at the claims he has moved on with Kick.

"There is no truth to any of it. I don't know if they even know each other," a representative for the actor told the publication. The comments come after a source had claimed: "They are both taking it day by day but so far, she is enjoying spending time with him."

Speaking to the Daily Mail , they added: "They hang out at Beverly Hills Hotel because it offers a level of privacy to celebs that nowhere else does." Ben and Kick were said to have been close before and reportedly enjoyed a before he reunited with his now-estranged wife J.Lo.

J.Lo filed for divorce last Tuesday and revealed their official date of separation to be April 26, 2024. J.Lo is said to have filed for divorce after acknowledging it's time to "move on" despite feeling heartbroken that their marriage failed. "[She knows] it's time to move on," a source told People magazine .

They added: "She's extremely down about how things have turned out, upset that Affleck has seemingly checked out, showing neither dedication nor effort to salvage what they had. At this stage, she realizes that she must prioritize her own well-being."
