Ben Affleck looks 'moody and tense' at work amid Jennifer Lopez divorce and Kick Kennedy rumors

Ben Affleck appeared to have a lot on his mind when he pulled into the parking garage at his office in Los Angeles, California, earlier this week.

Paparazzi scored a pic of the Oscar-winning actor while he was rolling in his car with the window dropped down. He was dressed in a navy blue suit, and had his shades atop his head, looking very pensive. Ben of course didn’t have on his wedding ring since he and his estranged wife Jennifer Lopez are divorcing. The Mirror spoke to body language expert Judi James to explain Ben’s demeanor.

“Given the current stories and rumors swirling around Ben’s head right now he’d need to be deeply naive to expect one iota of privacy but here he looks moody and tense,” Judi said.

She added: "While the way his arm is dangling from the window hints at a whiff of belligerence, impatience or even anger.” Ben might have even less privacy now that he’s tied to Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s daughter, Kick Kennedy. Last week, the Boston-bred actor was seen spending some time with Kick at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The nature of Kick and Ben’s relationship is uncertain; however, it is obvious that he’s moving on with his life following his second divorce. Before they officially split, there were rumors of Jen and Ben having marital woes. The hearsay was proven accurate as Jennifer listed their date of separation as April 26. Irreconcilable differences were stated as the reason why Jennifer and Ben called it quits.

The Grammy-nominated songstress and Air actor lived different lifestyles. Jennifer preferred to live life in the public eye, flaunting around in front of the cameras. Meanwhile, Ben rather stay lowkey and live privately. Their incompatibility is ultimately what led to the downfall of their marriage. "It was more and more apparent they weren’t a good match," an insider divulged to Us Weekly.

Although Ben and Jen went to therapy, trying to “make it work” it still wasn't enough. "It boiled down to [the fact that] they are two different people,” the insider explained to Us Weekly. The source divulged that the divorcing couple agreed to separate after realizing they were not in agreement with each other.

"[Jennifer] came to the realization things weren’t going to change and they were incompatible," the source confessed. "Spending time apart — it became obvious it wouldn’t work."
