Faygo has delighted fans with a brand-new flavor of pop set to reach stores soon.

The brand, which originated in 1907 has recently announced the Jolly Green Apple flavour soda. This will be the third new flavor in just a few years from the Detroit-based pop-makers, who still create their soda in Detroit, Michigan .

Faygo unveiled the new flavor shortly after the release of Faygo Dreaming in 2023 - and Orange Creme soda and Firework, which tasted like Bomb Pop in 2021.

The brand also brought back the much-loved Pineapple Orange flavor in 2020 and the Jazzin' Bluesberry in 2022 to Michigan after the two flavors hadn't been sold there for the past 15 years. While the Jolly Green Apple soda won't be available in stores until around September time, fans can taste the drink ahead of it reaching stores if they attend the Arts, Beats and Eats festival in Royal Oak this holiday weekend - where will be able to sample it ahead of the release.

Faygo isn't the only brand to return a cult favorite, as Dunkin' is bringing back its signature pumpkin-flavored Pumpkin' Spice Latte this fall. Earlier this month the chain also released a Spiced Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte for those of legal drinking age. The ready-to-drink alcoholic latte will be available for a limited time in a four-pack of 12 oz cans with a 6% ABV. Dunkin' said the spiked coffee is best enjoyed straight out of the can or poured over ice with a whipped cream topping.

The signature Pumpkin' Spice Latte is available now and part of the fall menu, which also features loaded hash browns and apple cider donuts as well as never-before-seen items such as Dunkin’s first coffee milk latte dubbed the "Dunkalatte." It is also joining the growing list of fast food restaurants adding a meal deal, offering their $6 Meal Deal which the brand says is a "complete breakfast option at the speed of Dunkin'."
