Olivia Rodrigo and actor Louis Partridge go Instagram official at Venice Film Festival

While Olivia Rodrigo might've written Love is Embarrassing, that's not how she felt at the Venice Film Festival when she hard-launched her romance with actor Louis Partridge.

This weekend Olivia and Louis appeared head-over-feels for one another as they stepped out in Italy together to attend one of the biggest red carpet events of the year. And after they made their grand appearance, Louis also made their relationship Instagram official as he proudly posted a snap with the 21-year-old pop singer where he was seen lovingly gazing at her.

On Thursday, Olivia accompanied Louis at the Venice Film Festival during the premiere of the 21-year-old actor's new Apple TV+ series, Disclaimer. At the event, the pair were seen hand-in-hand as they sported matching black attire. For the festival, Louis gave a '90s greaser look as he went tieless in a sleek black suit complete with a pair of stylish dark shades.

As for Olivia, the pop star showed off her gothic sense of style as she wore a sexy black slipdress from Rodarte covered in velvet floral detailing. The Good For You hitmaker paired the edgy look with a black Jimmy Choo clutch, bright red lipstick, matching black shades, and white gold stud earrings from Fiametta.

While the pair have been romantically tied since October of last year, this marks the first time the pair have been photographed a a public event together. Romance rumors first sparked last year when Louis was seen supporting Olivia at one of her concerts and then again at her Saturday Night Live appearance just a few days later.

After that, the duo all but confirmed their romance as they were seen locking lips in Upstate New York. And as they seem to be taking their relationship to the next level, fans have been gushing over the two believing that they perfectly complement one another.

In a viral TikTok of Olivia and Louis at the Venice Film Festival, one fan referencing Olivia's lyrics wrote: "Got a pretty face, a pretty boyfriend too I wanna be you so bad." And another replied: "They're both so pretty it's hard to choose who to look at." And a third wrote: "they just look sooooo good together!!" While a fourth fan joked: "need a twilight reboot with them."
