Khloe Kardashian’s new Instagram post leaves fans convinced she got a new plastic surgery

On August 30, the reality TV star posted a carousel of photos where she made a wish come true for a fan courtesy of Make-A-Wish America. In the series of photos, Khloe was adorned in Miu Miu consisting of a cropped branded top and a brown plaid skirt as she hung out with the fan, whose name was Hannah, inside the store of her co-founded denim company Good American. Khloe shut down the store for Hannah.

She captioned the post: "I had the greatest honor of meeting Hannah this week. The sweetest soul and oh so beautiful inside and out! @_hannahlasley_ said she was a fan of @goodamerican so what’s a girl to do when they may be able to pull some strings and close down the store- DUH! WE WENT SHOPPING!! We had the best time! Hannah, I’ll never forget our special day and I am so blessed that I was able to meet you. Malika and I couldn’t stop talking about how incredible you are. Thank you @makeawishamerica for such a special day."

One fan on a Kardashians subreddit paid attention to a particular photo in the carousel where Khloe's side profile was on display as she smiled at Hannah. They noticed the 40-year-old nose's and made a thread stating, "Just saw Khloe's new post and the nose looks so pointy."

Others on the thread chimed in that they did think her nose looked different and that Khloe may have gotten work done. One fan asked: "Did she get another nose job?" A second fan responded: "The first thing I thought when I saw the picture: IS THAT A NEW NOSE?!" Another said: "Looks like she added a small implant to the tip of her nose." A fourth fan said: "Ok from the side it looks CRAZY but from the front she actually looks a bit more like her old self (old nose)."

One fan made a comment about the mother-of-two looking like Kris Jenner's former hairstylist Alex Roldan while another claimed that Khloe got surgery to not look like him. There have been conspiracy theories that the late Robert Kardashian is not Khloe's biological dad, and Alex has been one of the many men alleged to be her father according to fans.
