A harrowing new docuseries has revealed that cannibal serial killer Hadden Clark, currently behind bars for the murder of 23-year-old Laura Houghteling in Maryland, cruelly sent a sympathy card to her family after her disappearance.

The series highlights how Clark disturbingly reached out to Houghteling's grieving family with a sympathy card that read, "Just please give me a call when you're ready to do some gardening again," adding, "And I can also bring you bagels on Friday too."

Clark smothered Houghteling using a pillowcase while dressed in women's garments, donning a wig and clothes of Penny, Houghteling's mom. He then cut off one of her earlobes to discard her earring. Working at a local bagel shop then, Clark tried to blend into ordinary life, but couldn't resist his 'Born Evil' roots, according to Michael Bay's five-part docuseries.

Cops finally identified Clark as a suspect in the woman's disappearance after finding a bloody fingerprint on Houghteling's pillowcase. A year after his arrest, Clark told police where to find her shallow grave after he pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, according to the U.S. Sun .

It was later discovered that Clark was guilty of another chilling crime long ago. Back in 1986, while staying with his brother in Silver Spring, Michele Dorr, aged six, vanished from her dad's yard and wasn't found for more than a decade.

The incredibly sick case of Michele Dorr made Clark famous for his crimes, as he not only snatched and killed the child, he slit her throat, drank her blood, and sliced off flesh to eat.

The docuseries delves into Clark's crimes and his assertion that it was his alter ego, Kristin Bluefin, who enacted these brutal killings. Retired FBI special agent Lou Luciano, appearing in the series, condemned Clark as "pure evil."

"When we interviewed him, he sometimes thought he was Kristen," Luciano disclosed to Fox News. "He would wear a wig. He also had other personalities... all of his alter egos were women. And at his campsite, he had women's clothes there. He would wear women's clothes. But he loved the attention. He loved people looking at him."

And that's not all. Hayden Clark had a brother who is also in prison for a gruesome crime. His brother, Bradfield Clark, was sentenced to prison in 1985 for the murder of his co-worker.

After inviting Trish Mak over for dinner in an attempt to win her affections, he brutally killed her when she rejected his advances. He bashed her head against a concrete slab, strangled her, and then dismembered her body. The most chilling part of his crime was that he cooked and ate parts of her body. Specifically, he sliced off her breasts and grilled them.

Clark is currently serving his sentence in Vacaville, California, for this horrific act.
