Tony-winner Ben Platt and Noah Galvin have officially tied the knot after a lavish three-day wedding extravaganza in New York City during Labor Day Weekend, which kicked off with a Shabbat dinner last Friday.

Their wedding ceremony , which took place last Sunday, September 1, was conducted by Ben's Rabbi David Wolpe. It featured heartfelt performances with friends and family delivering the seven Hebrew blessings traditional to a Jewish marriage, coupled with their English interpretations.

Adding an unexpected twist, both grooms were serenaded with a classic Jewish wedding song sung by their moms.

According to Vogue magazine, Noah shared, "Since some of Ben's family are observant Jews, we couldn't get married until Sunday when Shabbat was over, so to keep the party going we had a bar hang with some games and Lombardi's pizza on Saturday night at Cellar Dog in the West Village."

"Finally, on Sunday, we had the wedding proper at Pioneer Works in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Noah was sad that nobody used the IKEA ferry to get there."

The newlyweds and their guests capped off the celebration with an eventful afterparty at Sunny's bar that boasted Shake Shack eats and a joyous musical theatre sing-along inspired by the famed Maries Crisis Cafe.

Despite initially resisting the urge to dress alike for their big day, it seems Ben made an intriguing discovery about typical gay wedding fashion norms, saying, "Upon doing our initial gay wedding research, we discovered that it is, upsettingly, common practice to match on your wedding day."

"[In addition to both wanting to look different,] we also did not want to look like cater waiters, so we opted for coordination as opposed to straight-up matching."

On Friday, they were spotted in head-to-toe navy Thom Browne tailoring, with Noah rocking a cropped suit jacket and trousers and Ben sporting a kilt and blazer. The couple had informed their guests that Saturday's event would be as "casual as can be", but the 'Book of Mormon star turned heads in a vintage button-down shirt and capri pants, while his partner "stole the show" in full Issey Miyake.

Their cream wedding outfits were designed by stylist Jared Ellner and crafted by Arel Studio. Ben shared: "When it came to the wedding, we wanted to give Jared full rein."

They later switched into custom looks from Shosh, a boutique line from Noah's aunt, Carol Pratt, with their outfits made of linen and silk textiles for ultimate comfort. The couple couldn't have been happier with how their celebrations turned out.

Noah expressed: "We couldn't have asked for anything more. We are still floating. And mostly we're happy we get to keep hanging out forever."

Ben chimed in: "Our greatest hope was to give everyone a joyful, low-stress weekend full of warmth and a window into our relationship and the life that we are building. And we wanted the dancing to go off. We feel that all missions were accomplished! "
