The latest buzz from Netflix is that the hit series Selling Sunset has sashayed back onto our screens with its eighth season, packed with the usual high drama audiences have come to expect.

Now available for streaming, season eight dives back into the lives of The Oppenheim Group realtors as they juggle extravagant property listings with all the high-stakes emotional drama that comes standard in the LA real estate market, peppered with complex dynamics of love, betrayal, and loyalty at the brokerage firm.

Selling Sunset presents the personal and professional rollercoasters of seven savvy women dominating the Los Angeles luxury real estate scene, hustling at a premier agency set against the glitzy backdrop of Hollywood Hills and the Sunset Strip.

Always on the grind and ready to outwit the competitive real estate landscape of LA, these agents go to extreme lengths to reach the pinnacle of success, while striving to maintain their personal affairs.

This season welcomes back the familiar faces of Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Emma Hernan, Amanza Smith, Chelsea Lazkani, Bre Tiesi, and Nicole Young who operate under the meticulous supervision of twins Jason and Brett Oppenheim, reports the Mirror .

However, an open house event in the second episode sparks controversy due to Chelsea's fashion choice. Already on thin ice for her tardiness, Chelsea raises eyebrows even more upon arrival in a revealing light brown cropped jacket and mini skirt ensemble.

Her outfit became a hot topic among her co-workers, with Mary expressing her surprise by remarking: "Chelsea's skirt is really short.

This prompted a response from Bre, who was just as taken aback, commenting: "Her ass is out. I think her coochie's out too! " Mary concluded with a succinct: "Everything is out!"

Fans flocked to X, the new Twitter alternative, to weigh in on the drama. Chelsea found some champions among the crowd, while Mary and Bre were called out for their double standards.

One viewer clapped back with: "You mean the women who wear outfits with their chest out, midriffs exposed, lace, etc are complaining about Chelsea's skirt? I'm so happy Chelsea dragged Mary by that fake tan of hers. #SellingSunset." (sic)

Another fan chimed in with support: "We literally just saw Mary in a whole ass lace outfit to go meet with sellers but now she wanna speak on what Chelsea wear..." (sic)

Meanwhile, a third was incredulous, writing: "Imagine my shock seeing these people wear crop tops and yet chelsea getting complained on for skort? ? ? Alright Mary girl you doing this s*** on purpose #sellingsunset". (sic)

One commenter took a more balanced view, penning: "Chelsea's skirt WAS short, however I don't think anything the girls wear is truly professional tbh. #SellingSunset". (sic)

This sentiment resonated with many, as another added: "chelsea is sending me on this season of selling sunset... yes the skirt is too short BUT it's also hypocritical that other girls are commenting on it when they all wear very very unprofessional things on the daily". (sic)

Yet, not everyone was on board with Chelsea's fashion statement. A puzzled fan questioned: "Now Chelsea why would you wear that girl... but cheeks out and everything." (sic)

And another echoed the sentiment: "Why did Chelsea wear that to the listing please? #SellingSunset." (sic)

Selling Sunset season eight is available to stream now on Netflix.
