NFL fans were filmed brawling as one was knocked out and a woman was bodyslammed as the Las Vegas Raiders and the Los Angeles Chargers met.

Two fans, one in a Raiders jersey and the other in Chargers colors appeared to be grabbing for one another, while a man in a black Raiders shirt was seen in the middle. However, the man in the middle was then dragged to the floor and kicked in the head. The man in black then got to his feet and appeared to hit a fellow Raiders fan, sparking a three-man brawl. A woman then began punching the white-wearing Raiders fan.

The two men, who appeared to be fighting each other initially, then knocked the third man to the floor and began punching him, leaving him knocked out and bloodied. A woman in black was then seen throwing punches at the man in the white jersey on the dirt floor before another woman was bodyslammed.

There was also a fight between players. A mass brawl erupted late into the game which led to two ejections in the fourth quarter . Multiple players started throwing punches, with Raiders cornerback Jack Jones getting into it with Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer.

The violence brewed a dark cloud over what was meant to be a joyful weekend - the first NFL Sunday of the 2024 campaign. The Raiders were beaten in their own backyard, the SoFi Stadium, by the Chargers 22-10, as Jim Harbaugh capped off his return to the league with a victory.

"The culture is already here," Harbaugh said after the game. "Me and all the new guys I think have really stepped into it. We're the lucky ones. This is a great bunch of guys. It's a good culture here, it's work, they ask no quarter they get no quarter. They're everything you want. The team is important."

Harbaugh's team ran the ball hard and superbly. J.K. Dobbins had one rushing touchdown for 135 yards, while quarterback Justin Herbert managed just 144 passing yards. The Chargers still managed to win by 12, much to Harbaugh's delight. "Justin Herbert threw for 100-and-whatever [yards], he doesn't care," Harbaugh said. "Derwin James, just wants to win. Khalil Mack just wants to win. These guys are winners. What was being done here before, I feel like I stepped into that, am the lucky one stepping into this culture."

Harbaugh, who won the national championship with the Michigan Wolverines next season, is hoping to steer the franchise to the playoffs. He famously turned around the San Francisco 49ers after it went eight years without a winning season and playoff football.

"They're hard to get," Harbaugh said. "These are hard to get. Everybody in that locker room knows it, as do I, that it is really hard to win a game in the NFL. I just take my hat off to, really, everybody in the organization, especially those that have been here doing the dirty work.

"I can say this on behalf of all the new guys that joined the organization this year: We are the lucky ones. It's just a tremendous job with this entire organization that these players have been doing. I think you saw that today. That kind of leadership that comes from those that have been here and been doing it."
